How We Calculate This

  1. Total employer cost = salary + 15% employer NI (on earnings above £5,000) + 3% pension contributions + estimated recruitment, training and overhead costs.
  2. Automatable cost = employer cost × (automatable hours ÷ 37.5 full-time hours) × automation percentage.
  3. ClearRun cost = £1,500 setup + £350/month (Streamline) or £3,500 setup + £750/month (Transform), depending on scope.
  4. Net saving = automatable cost − ClearRun cost. ROI = net saving ÷ ClearRun cost.
